Windows Firewall

"ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old"

Once folders are renamed then will have to start the Windows Update Services again, for these type below given commands and hit one after another:

"net start wuauserv"

"net start cryptSvc"

"net start bits"

"net start msiserver"

Finally, save the changes made by rebooting your computer.
